- Determine if you should get a contract
- Company has adequate Experience? Most service schedules require 2 years in
business. - Company can provide adequate financial performance? A minimum of $25,000 in
sales for the products/services that you are offering to the government. - Determine the Schedule and SINs that you fit under:

- Develop and submit your GSA proposal
- Download your GSA Solicitation

- Develop your Administrative, Technical, and Price Proposals.

matter! - Negotiate with the contracting officer
- Complete the Post-Award tasks
- After contract award, upload terms and conditions to GSAeLibrary.gsa.gov. You
will need to download the SIP software to do this. Training on SIP is available here. - If offering products, upload products to GSA Advantage within 90 days of award
using the SIP software.
