One of the most important parts of maintaining your GSA contract is to simply keep your current GSA contract documents organized. We encourage GSA contract holders to bring all of their GSA materials with them. At the beginning of the workshop, we will provide you with a new tabbed binder for organizing your existing documents. We will begin the class by helping you to organize your existing contract. We follow the format used by GSA auditors.
We will provide you with a binder to house your contract documents and your contract compliance program. You will utilize this binder to organize your GSA contract, contract modifications, compliance program, your compliance assessments, trade agreements act documents, 72A Sales Reports, and other relevant information.
This workshop was designed for Business Owners, Contract Administrators, Managers, and individuals in Accounting. Keeping your company compliant, legal and audit-proof is the goal of this class.
